    I received your email about contacting Users Ultra at their site regarding my problem, but if their site will not allow any new users to login, then I have no way to contact them there for a refund. They have no email address posted anywhere. The only thing that works on their site is the credit card processor. 🙁 That is why I told them to contact me on the WP forum at citysites@gmail.com Thanks.

    I would also think that WP members would like to know if a user database plugin seller has a site that will not allow users to log in.

    You have not signed up for the forums. I have checked the database. Stop doing this and go to the support site if you want support, please.
