    Hi baga,

    All in One SEO Pack, like many plugins, uses the manage_options permission for this. You may use a plugin like the Members plugin to give your Editor role the manage_options capability; however, this will likely give them access to other plugin setting screens as well. We do plan on adding finer grained control over permissions in a future release.

    Is there another way he can modify just the homepage settings without the additional members plugin?

    Hi baga,

    Currently there isn’t a way to allow for that either; I’ll add this to our plugin development roadmap as well.
