    It looks like you have quotation marks around the video URL in the shortcode. Remove them and it should fix the problem. If you don’t have quotation marks around the URL, can you copy and paste the shortcode here?

    I am not sure how, but it seems to be working now. I just kept clicking settings until I got it right (of course it was AFTER I posted here)!

    You changed the video player from Video.js to WordPress default, which processes the shortcode differently. Glad it’s working now.
