Readmore button: No display by default

    Hello,

    my website’s using a theme which puts a read-more-button to any article on the homepage, no matter if it is using the <– readmore –> Tag or not.
    How can I set this back so that there is no read-more-break by default? I have no PHP skills and my theme is including several php files so I am not sure if I can work with the function.php of my child theme alone.

    Looks like you use a commercial theme sold via ThemeForest. It would be best to post a support request in the Merapi theme’s forums, as most volunteers who try to help with the WordPress forums will not have access to commercial products. This approach also helps commercial developers better manage their product.
