Setting Default for Image URL to None

    I am an administrator for a blog and my users are not very keen on having to click on ‘none’ each time they attach an image.

    How do I set the image URL to none by default? Thanks.

    i understand wordpress.com has a Media Settings under Settings that can do this. how do i do in it wordpress.org?
