Errors with form

I downloaded WP job manager – contact Listing. Do I still disable ninja forms & WP job manager apply with ninja forms. If I do that, my “forms” field from the admin panel disappears. So i kept them.

Once I do everything in the video, the “whole” form shows on the job page, not as a single button which should open as a popup but all the fields.

I have latest version of jobify and wordpress.
