    Hi Raam Dev,

    I upgrate to PRO, it seems the Auto-Cache Engine not working,

    my site load slow the woo product categories and the cache file created the time i visit the category, (bottom info),

    in the Pro Features said that pre-cache your site at 15-minute intervals,
    i made the installation and configuration yesterday,

    can you check it please? (kidnbaby . gr)

    Hi Stathis,

    Please open a trouble ticket and I’ll see if we can figure out why it’s not working for you. If you could provide a temporary admin account login for me, and temporary FTP access, that would be helpful.

    As per WordPress Support rules, we’re not allowed to discuss Pro features on the WordPress.org support forum.

    @stathis_k91 We didn’t have a link back to this support thread in the ticket you submitted, so there was a delay. I have responded to the support ticket.

    Regarding the Auto-Cache Engine issue: as I mentioned in my reply to your support ticket, we have found a bug related to this and there is a bug report open here: https://github.com/websharks/quick-cache/issues/291

    Please follow that GitHub issue for updates. I will update this support thread when a fix has been released.
