Databank backup successfull, no data backup possible,since Update WordPress

I was running Updraft for 1 year without any problems, but after i updated to WordPress 3.9.2 Databank backups work fast and fine, but there is not possibility for a data backup of all files…Retry every 3 Minutes without any progress.
Do you know what i can do?
