 * Hey guys! First things first. Tutor LMS is a great plugin. The theme has a nice
UI and lots of cool functionalities. There are however a few bugs which are really
annoying. While I’ve been able to get around most of the bugs one that has proven
unsolvable is the incorrect password issue that happens every now then.
 * The gist of it is:
    1. Sometimes when I login, it says ‘Incorrect password’.
I’m 100% sure the passwords are correct because I’ve changed it 4 times in the
past week and it happens to users as well. As the owner of the website, it’s
really embarrassing to explain to users that your website plugin has a bug. I
   really need this fixed please.
 * 2. Also sometimes when accessing the dashboard, as a user, you’re automatically
logged out and have to log in again. It’s exhausting.
 * 3. Finally, the course intro page is unresponsive in mobile and template. Now,
I’ve been able to solve this by adding a CSS media query, but it deserves mention.
The course intro page is really important and a very bad place to have responsiveness
   issues.
 * I really love Tutor LMS and I really hope you fix these bugs.

 * Hello [@isibor](https://wordpress.org/support/users/isibor/),
 * Thanks very much for your appreciation.
 * 1. I visited your site and registered as a new user then enrolled in a free course
then logged out and relogged into dashboard. I didn’t face any issue with password.
 * Let us know your PHP, WordPress and Tutor LMS versions currently active.
 * 2. This can be due to expired cookies in your browser. You can clear browser
cache and cookies to resolve this. This can also be due to mismatch between your
WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) which you can fix by navigating
to WordPress settings > general. Remember to flush permalinks from WordPress
settings > permalinks after you make any change.
 * 3. You can send email to support at themeum dot com and share screenshots of
the responsive issue you noticed and we shall further look into it.

 * Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, I’m still having the same issues. Ironically,
I’m usually unable to sign in with my password on the homepage (this problem
comes up at least every 2 days), but if I were to navigate to the course list
page, and try bookmarking a course, a login prompt appears, and I’m then able
to login with the same password that was earlier ‘incorrect’. It’s embarrassing
to explain these things to students on my platform, who would have to reset their
   passwords on a daily basis.
 * 1. My PHP version is 7.4.26 WordPress is 5.9.2 and Tutor LMS is 1.9.16.
 * 2. I’ve tried these, sadly, I still have the same issues.
 * 3. I’ve already resolved the issues with responsiveness, and I believe you’ve
   addressed this in other complaints.
 * Again, I really love your plugin. I think it’s cool. But what’s the use of a
plugin with lots of cool features if students have to reset their passwords every
time they tried to login? Please. I’d love if you guys could resolve this as
   quickly as possible.

 * Hello [@isibor](https://wordpress.org/support/users/isibor/),
 * I didn’t have to reset my password nor I faced any issue registering and logging
   in.
 * You can check for a plugin and theme conflict. These steps will help rule out
   a possible theme/plugin conflict.
 * 1. Temporarily disable all your third-party plugins and check whether that resolves
the issue. Specially disable captcha/optimizing/cache/security plugins and clear
   cache completely.
    2. Next, activate a default WordPress theme e.g. twentytwenty
   3. Next, activate your 3rd party plugins one by one to find the one that may
be causing a conflict. 4. Finally activate your own custom parent theme (not
child theme) to see if it was due to a conflicting custom theme.
 * You can send an email to support at themeum dot com if you would like us to take
   a closer look.

 * First of all, good job on the new plugin updates. However, I’m having a few issues
   as regards the UX.
 * The first and most pressing issue is that there is no official shortcode for
the sign in page. Users have to navigate to the sign in page, through a pop up
that appears on the screen. Checkout my site lexquiryacademy.com for instance.
If you click on the sign in button, it takes you to a page which reads ‘You have
to Sign in to access this page’, before you can sign in. Even then, it doesn’t
automatically redirect you to the dashboard page. Basically users don’t get to
know if they are signed in.
 * This problem can easily be resolved if there was an official Login page, just
   like there is for registration.
 * I’d really love it if this was resolved as soon as possible. I didn’t have this
problem with the last update. Thanks.
 * Also, I’m still having issues with the sign in every now and then.

 * Dear [@isibor](https://wordpress.org/support/users/isibor/)
 * I am very sorry we don’t have any shortcode for the login page. You can use the
dashboard page as a login page. Maybe in the future, we will add a separate login
   page.
