What is the URL of the site giving you the 404? Can you include a screenshot if possible?

    Thanks!

    Hi again,
    URL of site is: http://www.realsurf.com

The URL for the error page looks like this:
    http://www.spark6.com/plugins/instagram_auth/&icp_auth=success&access_token=xxxxxxxxxx&user_id=xxxxxxxx&username=xxxxxxxx

Don’t see how to upload screenshots… not that there’s much to see. Clicking the InstaTeam item near the bottom of the admin lefthand menu, brings up a page with the following text and link:

Click to be taken to Instagram’s site to securely authorize this plugin for use with your account.

    Secure Authentication

and clicking on the Secure Authentication button brings me to your 404 error page with the URL shown above.

    Cheers
    Don

We reviewed the code on our server so that’s not the problem. Can you tell us what PHP version your server is running and where it is hosted? If you don’t want to share this info in the forums, please email it to hello@spark6.com.

    Thanks 🙂

Have not heard back. Marking as closed.

    Hello Spark6,

I have exactly this problem now.
    My PHP version is 5.3.3
    WordPress 4.2.2 running Betheme theme
    The page is http://www.hop.fi

To view the draft web page:
    username: enkku
    password: enkkukissa

To continue the previous, the plugin requested correctly the Instagram access after pressing the secure authentication -button. After request the next page I get is 404.

In Instagram I can see the “WordPress Plugin for Teams” in my Instagram profile at Authorized Applications list.

@maajussi – just did a fresh install and ran through everything fine. I wonder if you have a plugin conflict or configuration issue

Try turning on pretty permalinks… could be something in your rewrite rules that aren’t resolving the return URL properly

    Plugins that I’m using are:

    • Google Adsense
    • Google Analytics Dashboard
    • WPBakery Visual Composer

I deactived these and tried after that. Without luck. Do you think I should remove these completely? I also set the site to use pretty permalinks. Didn’t bring the solution either.

Problem still unresolved… Any news on this?
