It is on our todo list.
Due to the complexity of the osTicket file handling (encrypting, etc) we have not included this as a feature just yet.

    Ok, thanks.

Glad to see that attachments is on the todo list. I hate to ask, but do you have an estimate on when it might be available?

Single file attachment is pretty much finished.
We expect to release that somewhere this week.

We are still working on Multi file attachment which probably needs 1 – 2 more weeks.

    Marco

    Awesome!

Single file attachments is now possible

Please read the install instuctions for the osTicket attachment file storage plugin (as we did not think storing files as a blob in mysql is a good idea).

Future versions will check for the plugin to be installed, but for now it’s pretty primitive. (also only single file attachment possible).

We do expect to have the < all rounded> attachment feature (with osticket plugin detection) released in 1.2.1 (within 7 days from now).

    Regards,
    Marco

    Thank you!
