Thanks for posting on the forums.
I checked your site http://www.auxiliumart.com/ but didn’t get any pop up there.
The WordPress PopUp plugin doesn’t provide any contact form so could you please tell me how you have implemented it into the pop up? using any plugin or developing custom code?
It was working great until today. What could it be?
Have you added/updated/deleted anything recently that caused this issue?

Hello support.
Same problem in http://what2sellonline.com/
Double checked all settings, and I see the js file popover-load-custom.js?ver=3.9.1 loading fine.
But, no popup.
Please advice.

In the settings I used the option “Page Footer : The pop over is included as part of the page html”

Sorry it was deactivated. We implemented the contact form by just adding the code from a wordpress contact form, just copy & paste.

What was deactivated?
We implemented the contact form by just adding the code from a wordpress contact form, just copy & paste.
WordPress doesn’t provide any contact form. I think you may be using some contact form plugin like following and its shortcode.

Could you please tell me exactly what you are using so that i can troubleshoot it?
Also please answer all of the questions that i have asked in my initial reply that will help me to get to the bottom of the issue faster.
