Glad you were able to get everything resolved. It is on the sooner-rather-than-later roadmap to refactor that, so when a setting doesn’t apply to you, it’ll not display (since the filling out the form action field will override the selection of using MailPoet).
Also, no harm in leaving the original issue up, even if you figured out pretty quickly. It could help someone else who find this thread via Google who fell into the same trap before I get it fixed up.
