Age groud not flexible

Please consider removing or enable to bypass the checks on age group creation.

I have these groups
5-99 (basically all ages)
5-14 (would not be allowed as this range is already included in 5-99)
55-65 (would not be allowed as this range is already included in 5-99)

But this is how i want to set them up
