Just as a suggestion: try using http://www.hattiegotobed.co.uk/wp-admin/ without the SSL

You’ve got plugins installed and activated as well as that theme.

    Try these steps:

    1. Using FTP or whatever file management tools your host has provided you with navigate to the wp-content directory.
    2. Once there locate and rename (don’t delete) the plugins directory to plugins-old. Just rename that one directory and nothing else.
    3. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
    4. Try and re-login to your WordPress dashboard. http://www.hattiegotobed.co.uk/wp-admin/

I went ahead and did that for you, actually, renaming the plugins.

I also turned off your cache manually, flushing it by force on the server, so you should be able to log in now.

okay – tried again Dreamhosts idea of using a Kproxy and once cleared internet cookies for site have got onto it via the Kproxy site (couldn’t do this last night) – so what is the problem with my normal server? do I still need to clear cookies or something? what can I do now to help open it on my normal browser rather than the proxy one?

    thanks again xxx

Hi again – okay at last have managed to log in via normal internet etc…might be a fluke though! Anyway there’s no plug ins at all and wont let me add any? Ipstenu-DH is that because you have put them in a different directory? and if so please help me get them working again

    Thanks Tracy x
