TinyMCE plug-in…help

    I installed the TinyMCE Advanced editor. I am having issues with an editor not seeing the second line of the editor buttons. Any suggestions?

    I personally cannot duplicate the problem. Can someone offer advice as to a computer setting that may be causing the trouble?
