Fatal Error After Update to 1.10.6

After updating to the latest version of jigoshop I’m getting a fatal error on the checkout screen upon pressing the checkout button.

Fatal error: Call to undefined method jigoshop_order::get_value_from_data() in /var/sites/o/orangeheatingsupplies.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jigoshop-campaign-monitor/jigo-cm-integration-frontend.php on line 91

There is a compatibility issue with the Campaign Monitor Integration plugin. Upon disabling this plugin the the fatal error is fixed and the user can checkout.

However, I need to run the Campaign Monitor Integration plugin. I’ve checked the Jigoshop site and this appears to be under re-development and not available for download/update?
