    Hello,

    I am using the finesse theme which was purchased for us from a developer a while ago and we have no contact with the person anymore.

    The problem I am having at the moment is that the edit slider doesn’t work on pages anymore. When I click on it nothing comes up.

    I have done several research and been told to update the theme instead, does than mean I have to pay to get the same theme again to get it upgraded?

    Hello Recloud.

    If is a premium theme, you need to contact the vendor to ask for support on this. Or you can change the theme for one of dozens on wordpress.org repository. All free and we can give you some help if you need.

    If I change the theme, it will change the whole layout and look of our website which is a business website. Do you know of any theme similar to what we are using at the moment?

    Recloud,

    I recommend you to use “Responsive”. Is one of theme I use for my business clients. This theme is more simple but works very well 😉 But you can choose one from wordpress.org collection. All free.
