WordPress removing single event cron job before it fires

I have been looking into why scheduled posts are not working, so I installed WP Crontrol and it appears that the cron job for publishing the post are being removed a few minutes before they are suppose to fire. Has anyone else had this problem or know what could be causing it?

If this helps I have setup a real cron job within CPanel and disabled wp cron in the wp-config.php.
