Can't add images or tags

    I’ve been using WordPress and the same theme for a number of years with no problems. This year I laid off blogging and decided to start up again.

    Now suddenly I can’t add images or tags.

    1. click “add media” box and nothing happens.

    2. type in tags in tag text box, click “add” nothing happens.

    3. Try to edit published time or public/private nothing happens when clicking “edit” link.’

    4. Click “screen options” nothing happens.

    I’ve run CCleaner, cleared my cache manually but nothing has change. I’ve also reinstalled WordPress 3.91. All the plugins I had are updated and have never conflicted with WP.
