JS conflict with Geo my WP

    The title says it all… I installed the plugin and the chat window wouldn’t open up. I found in another thread that there might be a JS conflict, so I deactivated plugins and found that Geo my WP was the culprit. Unfortunately, I need it for my site… Any ideas? I’d be willing to buy the pro version if I can get the free version working.

    Hi @bowoolley,

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

    I have tested on my test site using latest version of Chat plugin, Geo my WP plugin and single WordPress site 3.9.1 and found it’s working fine without any issue.

    Could you please tell me your configurations the same way i have described above?

    Are you facing the issue on specific pages or all?

    Please share me your site link if you can so that i can test it.
