    Hey

I changed the domain of my website and I still own the old domain and now wanna redirect all the pages of the old domain to the new domain like old.com/page1 to new.com/page1 or /post2 etc.. and not old.com/post1 to new.com like I don’t want to redirect to the home page but each old page to the new domain’s page

so can this plugin do that for me?? if so, how??

    Thanks

I’d suggest a two part solution for this. First, ask your web host for help with setting up what is often called a Domain Level Redirect from your old domain to your new domain. That will get any pages that have the same URL (aside from the domain, of course) working for you instantly. So old.com/page1 will be redirecting to new.com/page1

After that, you can use this plugin to fix any addresses where you’ve changed the URL, so you could redirect old.com/page2 to new.com/something-else. The configuration for that would be something like:

    Request: /page2
    Destination /something-else
