    Hi Ben,
It’s possible that the redirects aren’t configured correctly. Can you post an example of a redirect you’ve configured and what you expect to see as the result? If privacy is a concern, you can email me at contact@scottnelle.com or just post an example with a fake domain.

Hi, apologies, it ended up that it was an issue as the site was designed without the www’s but the missing links had the www’s, it took some jiggery pokery to change the site over to include the www’s but that is all sorted now and the add on worked like a dream.

    Thanks for your response.

    Kind regards, Ben

    Ben,

If you’re still following this thread, I’d love to hear how you fixed your issue.

We’ve been using this plugin for a while, and we just realized that our redirect URLs that contain “www” are not working, but they work without the “www”.

    Here’s an example:

    http://www.paleomagazine.com/amazon-greatest-weightloss-secret-book

    vs

    http://paleomagazine.com/amazon-greatest-weightloss-secret-book

The second works, but the first does not, and I can’t figure out why. General URLs (not redirects) work fine with the “www.”
