Can 'plugin updates' be logged on this plugin

Hi

Great plugin which is v useful thanks.

My Wordfence security is notifying me that one or two of my other plugins seem to have modified files, so I was trying to check back and see what date I last updated them on. I was hoping Activity Log would log Plugin updates, but it doesn’t seem to. I know others have raised this before. Are you looking to add this functionality soon?
