Stats time stamp keeps resetting at 5pm

    I wonder if someone would be so kind as to help me. My WordPress keeps resetting the stats for the day at 5pm PST. I would like to know if there is a way to have them reset at a different time, like 12am or 7am. It doesn’t give me an accurate account of how many people visit the site if it resets at such an odd time. I’ve posted this problem before with no help from the community. Please help me. I’m using 2.6.1 WordPress. Thanks a lot.
