Continuous minify error

I keep getting multiple notices per day of minify failures.

Email from error: Unfortunately, an error occurred while creating the minify cache. Please check your settings to ensure your site is working as intended.

(1) In admin dashboard:
/home1/marilyt3/public_html/wp-content/plugins/nrelate-related-content/admin/nrelate_js.min.js

(2)/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/assets/css/form-theme-light.css

I have done numerous page purges as well as purging all records. I have set both these files to301 redirect yet they still show up.
What needs to be done? Do I need to have my blog reindexed?
