2 wpconfig’s in same directory or no?

    I’m installing WP 1.3. I sat up a seperate database for it in MySQL because I already had WP 1.2 installed- do I upload the wpconfig.exe file for 1.3 to the same directory that holds wpconfig.exe for 1.2?
    (thinking not but want to be sure) If not, where should it be uploaded to?
    hoping my question makes more sense than it sounds…..

    You know, i merged my 1.2.1 with 1.3a5 and didn’t overwrite anything at first (instructions say not to.)
    i had some weirdness, so i backed everything up (db too) and removed it all. then i installed from the top, restored the db, and did any special things i needed to do in the theme.
    running great so far. very inspiring.
    for what it’s worth…
