2 WP sites Running incredibly slow

Since 2 days ago, and Suddenly, 2 sites of mine started both running incredibly slow ((at the same time), takes almost a minute to change from page to page!

I already tried everything, i disable all plugins and changed to the default template and nothing!

WP version of both: 2.5.1

ps: its not a server problem cause i intalled a fresh 2.5.1 blog and went ok.

Need some help please!
