# 2 Vertical Headers? (Bug/Feature-Request?)

 * This is just a heads-up on an update made (page link) regarding an issue mentioned
   two weeks ago here:

 * (Open the vertical menu and notice another burger menu icon inside it.
    In my
   local WordPress installation, clicking it actually opens up an entirely new vertical
   menu and which has an unusually large X to close the menu with.) Custom CSS code
   used has been copied/pasted to original support request (see link above).
 * Any feedback in this regard would be appreciated.

 * I fully examined the issue you have raised in this topic and could not see it
   on my end.
 * We need to know the steps to replicate. Would you please provide us with some
   screenshots and images of the errors you faced step by step?
 * **For troubleshooting:**
    First, please update the theme to the latest version:

 * Then if your issue persists again, please do the steps below and let me know 
   the results:
 * 1- Head over to WP Dashboard > Plugin.
    2- Deactivate all plugins. 3- Then, first
   activate the Ocean Extra plugin. 4- Check your issue. 5- Then, activate your 
   plugins one by one 6- After activation of any plugins, check your issue
 * **Note:**
    If you have a cache plugin or server cache. You need to clear its 
   cache contents or disable them to see your changes.
