 * Hi Laurent,
 * It’s recommended testing for a plugin conflict by deactivating all the third 
   party plugins on your site, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll
   know a plugin caused the problem, and you can specify which one by reactivating
   them one at a time.
