  • I use this plugin it to allow a monthly subscription to online content. I just had a client accidentally purchase 2 of this product (I have since set a 1-item limit). The double purchase appears under one account, so it’s not a duplicate subscription. YITH Support has confirmed this means they will be charged double each month. Is it possible to cancel one of those subscriptions? In her account, it doesn’t show two separate subscriptions. How can I do this?

    Please, take caution with sharing backend links from your website, this forum is public. Regarding your issue, you should be able to manage it from the PayPal dashboard.
