Support » Plugin: WP Webhooks - Contact Form 7 Integration » 2 Questions: Webhook not triggering MS Power Automate & Form selection

  • Hi there, I have my contact form 7 integration up and running and it seems to be working just fine with

My org uses MS Power Automate and for some reason the HTTP request trigger is not firing when a form is sent. Would appreciate any insights you have.

Secondarily: When I look at the box for “Trigger on Selected Forms” it only shows me the 5 most-recently-made forms. Anyway this could show all the contact forms on my website?

Hey @johnnycom – thank you a lot for your message, as well as for using our plugin.
The Send Demo Button works the same way as the original function.
Did you test it only through the “Send Demo” with the or as well with a real example?

If you could share some further details on MS Power Automate, I’ll take a closer look at that as well.

Also, it would helpful to know if you have any specific plugins installed that could affect the behavior of Contact Form 7.

Regarding the issue that you only see five of your templates: I’ll check on that and update you after again.

If you have further questions in the meantime, feel free to let me know.

Thanks for getting back to me @ironikus . I did try a real example and it did successfully show up at but didn’t show up in MS Power Automate.

Here are some discussions/documentation on this Power Automate Trigger:

I’ve managed to make this connection work using a different website on drupal, but something isn’t working with this specific plugin-power automate connection.

I did have a CF7-to-mailchimp plugin that may have been interfering. Will disable and try again and let you know here if that fixed it up.

Hi @johnnycom – thank you a lot for your feedback.
I just checked the links you posted, but everything in there isn’t really something our plugin can’t deal with. Basically, the issues mentioned here are not even existent without our plugin since POST is chosen as the default method.

One of my guesses is that the data structure is what keeps the plugin from going through.
To check if this isn’t the problem, simply take one of the requests you sent to, copy the payload and send the same structure to MS Power Automate.
If this works, my next guess is that there is some kind of security mechanism blocking the requests from going through – To check on that, simply test if there is something like a white- or blacklist you might need to adjust.

    Hope this helps so far.
If you have further questions, feel free to reach out at any time.
