2 questions on using this plugin with Cloudflare

    I read the previous post about using this plugin with Cloudflare. I am also using both the Proxy CDN + ATO cache.
    Since I am not technical, can you give specific instructions on how to use it as the previous member stated with the X forwarding thing.
    Also is there a page rule we can set up in Cloudflare ATO Cache to make this plugin work with it.
