    I bought your premium plugin, and I have received your .zip file. Now I can not use this .zip file even I have de activated your free plugin from woocommerce panel.

    I have serched for this issue on different forums, but I can not find the reason for this problem. If I have bought with a different profile (your plugin) than my e commerce site, what can I do to solve this issue…?
