2 Problems with twitter tools since 3.x

I have two problems since I updated to the 3.x of twitter tools:

1. Tweets are not downloaded automatically. I have to update them manually by pressing the download button

2. The “follow me on twitter” Button is linking to the twitter homepage, not to my twitter profile. ( See http://bitboxer.de/ for a live demo of this 😉 )

Can someone here help me with that?
