# 2 Problems With Distinction Theme

 * I don’t know if these are theme problems or WordPress problems but here goes.
 * 1. Is my site supposed to email me when someone signs up? It is not doing that.
 * 2. My friend signed up a few days ago and was told during the process that he
   would be sent an email with a password. This is not happening.
 * Is it a theme problem of WordPress problem or is it in my settings?
 * Appreciate any help I can get!!!!

 * Themes have nothing to do with new registration emails being sent so this isn’t
   theme related. If you haven’t changed anything your self I would look at possible
   plugins that might be disabling this or your server that might not be sending
   any email.

 * The only plugin I am running was set up after this problem occured so I don’t
   think that is it.
 * I tried installing a new theme, meaning different but also new, and it is still
   doing the same thing.
