# 2 Problems: Not Working & Showing error

 * Hi!
    I have created a project, added milestones, and phases, but on the page 
   of the project, only this is what it is showing: ⌊Image⌉
 * Also, When the plugin is activated, I see this error on the top of my page:
    ⌊
   Image⌉

 * Hi David,
 * Try going to Settings > Permalinks – scrolling down to the bottom of the page
   and click “save.” You don’t have to change anything, just click save.
 * That works 90% of the time.
 * In terms of the notice, that’s a debug notice — it doesn’t mean something is 
   wrong, just that there is something a developer might want to check and look 
   into. What it does mean is that you have PHP debugging turned on which isn’t 
   recommended for live sites for security reasons. I’d recommend going into your
   hosting control panel and see if you can disable it.

    Its finally showing How is it possible to customize it: hide the project
   description (or perhaps give it less space), documents and progress:

 * 
    (and leaving only the project completion below?) Also, not showing the Phases?
   Making the font bigger/smaller?
 * And marking milestones as completed in order to progress the project completion
