2 loops 2 independant post nav links (is it possible)

    I’m currently working on a redesign for our website, and we would love for the front page two have two sections.

    One that features our top stories (editorials) and the other that features just regular news.

    Here’s an image of what I mean

    I installed the AJAXed WordPress plugin, so i would be able to refresh the top stories only or the regular news section only.

    but one thing I noticed is that when I navigate to a different page on either section, it changes for both section. Since it goes to http://coffeeman.name/wp_test/?paged=2#awp::?paged=2

    it changes for the whole page.

    So I’m wondering, Is there a way that i can make the two navigation work independantly on the same page?
