 * We are facing a problem, we have 2 levels menu and the plugin is not working 
   on the second level, please see screenshot

 * First try to use [mqtranslate](http://wordpress.org/plugins/mqtranslate/) and
   [qtranslate-slug 1.1.7](http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/qtranslate-slug.1.1.7.zip).
 * After that, edit all pages and save the slugs.
 * Say if this works for you.
