    I had to purchase the extension because the site was too large. That’s fine I’m happy to support your work.

    There were 2 problems with the migration

    1. None of the site images are visible. When I go into the media library to ‘view image’, there is an error message ‘Error 0004. Unable to load the image.’ If I try to ‘edit image’ the image is visible, but won’t display on the site. So it seems the images were migrated OK, except the site can’t find them

    2. The login credentials did not work. Had to get the ISP to reset them for me. When I tried to ‘reset password’ it generated a reset email, but the link to reset password was missing.

    Can you please advise how to resolve issue 1.

    I am sorry for the inconvenience.
    Are these images stored within wp-content of your exported site?
    Have you tried to login with username/password from your exported site?
