2 hours per day access limit

Hello all. What I would like to do, is to give each logged in member of a WP site a 2 hours per day access limit (he can split that time over the day, but if he logs in again the counter is not reset). Most plugins that refer to expiration would not work for this. Is there any plugins available or any other way to do this?
