    Hello,

We have just noticed that 2 forward slashes are being added to our WooCommerce URL’s in the backend Yoast settings. Luckily it seems this has not affected our URLs frontend, but this is very worrying nevertheless. We are not sure from which update this issue occured.

Here is a screenshot so you understand better: https://snag.gy/NPLwH6.jpg We have not changed anything with our URL structure. A quick reply would be appreciated. Thank you.

This could also be caused by a plugin or theme conflict. Can you try and gather as much information for us as possible? Please perform the following:
    1. Make sure the issue doesn’t persist when Yoast SEO is disabled.
    2. Check for conflicts.
    3. Check for JavaScript errors with your console.
If you find any JavaScript errors related to Yoast SEO or if there is a conflict with a plugin or a theme, you can create a new GitHub issue for our developers. Please report the issue to a third party developer as well.
If you didn’t find any conflicts or errors, we think the issue is specific to your site. We’d need to investigate further but are unable to do so on these forums. You can purchase Yoast SEO Premium and receive our Premium email support and we can help you further.

Thank you for the reply @devnihil

Is this something to be worried about, as it does not seem to affect the URL’s frontend. It is only the display URL in the Yoast settings which has the double slash. Also, it appears only to be on teh WooCommerce category URL’s.

Any advise from someone who knows the mechanics of the plugin?

    Hi @devnihil

No need to reply. I discovered what was creating the double slash in category URL’s
