2 Forms 2 Different Pages (5 posts)

    Hi there!

I have two different forms on two different pages (http://www.lifelisted.com/become-life-listed/ and http://www.lifelisted.com/start-bucket-list/)

Unfortunately regardless of which form is submitted, the user is redirected to APPLICABLE-PAGE/#mc4wp-form-2.

This means the user is auto scrolled down the page and sees the success message for one page but not for the other (which has the id #mc4wp-form-1)

    How do I remedy this?

    Thanks :-)

    Hi Danny,

How are you displaying the forms inside your pages, using a shortcode?

Actually, the #id for both forms should me mc4wp-form-1 as they are both the first form (generated by my plugin) on the page. For some reason, the plugin thinks they're not and I'm not sure what could be causing that.

Are you calling the shortcode [mc4wp_form] or function mc4wp_form() anywhere else from your pages or template files?

    Hi Danny,

Thanks for the fast reply :-)

I am using the shortcode to generate the forms: [mc4wp_form]

I am not calling the shortcode anywhere on the pages or within templates.

Let me know if I can answer any more questions.

    Hi Danny.

Hmm. I can't seem to figure out what is going wrong here. The forms both have ID 2, but after submitting a form it turns into 1.

The logic behind it is pretty simple, so I can't see what could be going wrong here. Did you do anything else, besides adding the shortcode? Like adding a filter, calling a plugin function from your theme, etc.. Anything that might me help identify the problem!

Also, are you running a (object) cache plugin?

    Hi Danny,

No, they are just normal pages with the normal shortcode. Nothing in the theme calls it and as far as I can tell there isn't anything else that manually interacts with the plugin either.

One note that might help. I am using WPEngine as my host and they implement a bunch of caching (as well as a CDN that hosting the relevant plugin files)

    Any other ideas?
