    I previously resolved this issue by disconnecting and reconnecting, but now I can’t connect at all. Which leads me to…

    Error 2: Constant Contact Forms has detected errors that indicate a need to manually disconnect and reconnect your Constant Contact account. Visit the Connection Settings to manage. I go to the settings, Get Code, Paste Code. Message says “settings updated” but I’m still disconnected.

    @cleautoshow Are you only on 2.16.0 right now? I have a version 2.16.1 dropbox link that hopefully is helping solve the manual reauthentication process but still pending confirmation from some folks.

    @tw2113 I am on 2.16.0. Thanks for your reply, but I have no idea how to get whatever is in your dropbox into my site (have admin access but mostly handle content) and it’s just not that important, so I’ve deactivated the plugin. Will consider reactivating when 2.16.1 is released as an actual update.

    Just tried the updated version, same error, this is what the debug log is showing:

    We’re still working out how it’s factoring in, but disabling and re-enabling the plugin has been helping with getting reauthenticated.

    Ok that worked, had to deactivate then activate the plugin, then it was able to reconnect.
