    been 2 days since my support email sent asking about errors I got when uploading my files to host my video with jetpack, n no answer still
    should I get refund or when can I get my answer?

    Glad to hear you managed to solve the issue. I also checked for emails from you in our system, and saw that we had replied to you but you only saw the email yesterday. It seems all is well now then 🙂
