2 ‘Customised’ Contact Forms on 1 WP install?

    Hi,

    I’ve been asked by a client to have 2 contact forms on 1 WordPress install.

    They are both almost identical, except they’ll have different ‘Subjects’ in the subject select menu.
    Each option will send to a different email too(‘Accounts’ – accounts@… etc.). It will require Captcha too.

    Any suggestions what I should do, or if a plugin exists?

    I had planned to use Mike Cherim’s solution, but it can only be used in one instance.
