I should not have updated the SO widgets a couple of days ago as now the 2 columns view on one of my rows no longer collapse into one column when viewed on mobile.

Can anyone teach me if it is possible to rollback to previous versions?

    Hi sparkster88,

Something on your website is interfering with the latest update. So while you can roll back, I highly recommend not rolling back as we’re unable to work towards resolving this issue due to this not being a wide spread issue (in other words, this is still going to be a problem the next time you update). Regardless, for instructions on how to roll back to a previous version please see the bottom fo this post.

Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

If that doesn’t help, do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?

To rollback, please install WP Rollback and then navigate to WP Admin > Plugins > Installed Plugins. Find Page Builder by SiteOrigin and click Rollback – restore to the previous version.

Hi, thanks for coming back. Actually I already found a way around this problem by relying on the responsive feature of another plugin, though I have to modify the design of my website a bit. Thanks for your clearing cache solution anyway; I will keep it in mind if I run into other problems with plugins conflicts.
