Unfortunately, I don’t understand the problems described, and I don’t understand Arabic either.
You can check if Quick Featured Images has done its job by looking in the backend to see if the post still has a featured image. If not, the reason for fuhers problems are not linked to Quick Featured Images. If so, we need to investigate why the images aren’t being removed. In this case, I must ask you to describe the problem in more detail and provide screenshots in English.
Please let me know the result of your checks.

As I can see, the video confirm that if Quick Featured Images has done its job and removed the featured image. Thats what Quick Featured Images is for.
Why your newsletter still shows the preview image or why you can not find an unused image is out of our scope.
We had a similar issue with Yoast SEO and the search engine snipped image. The old featured images were still provided after being modified by Quick Featured Images. As I know, the user contacted the developer and Yoast fixed the issue.
I’m sorry I can’t help you further with this.
You should contact the developers of the other plugins and ask them to help finding out the reason for the behavior.

Unfortunately the second issue gets the same answer. Quick Featured Images does its job and removes the image. I do this the right WordPress way. Why your third-party plugin does not show up the images in the unused list is outside our scope.
I can not check if the image is still in use or if there are other reason.
Just to remove the image as a featured does not include it is not used elsewhere.
So, I have to ask you the same: Please contact he developer of the plugin and find it out with him or here.

As I wrote earlier, once the featured image was removed, Quick Featured Images did its job.
Please contact the plugin developer to check why the image is not found as an unused image.
This feature is outside the scope of Quick Featured Images.

as you can see new wordpress site have the same problem so that mean i need talk with wordpress team as you say it from plugins? now nothing plugins installed
i have confirm your plugin only remove img from post but not remove link of img with post

You complain that the link to the uploaded post is not removed.
That’s not an error. Quick Featured Images removes the featured images and does not manipulate further media data, including “uploaded to”.
There are several reason. First of all, a removed featured images does not include this image is not used elswhere in the same post. The image can also be used in the content area.
So, I’m sorry I can’t meet your expectation but there are technical and logical reason I can not.
