• Resolved Optimizing Matters

I strive to have sites with an absolute minimum of JavaScript and up until 2.11.4 my site only had 5 JS-files loaded (70KB or 30KB compressed) of which only 1 was initiated by Spectra.

As of 2.12.0 though, 36 JS files are downloaded (good for 2.36MB and still over half an MB compressed) and parsed and executed, effectively causing a severe performance regression (due to significantly higher TBT).

JS requests when on 2.11.4 or lower:

given this impact I’ll stay on 2.11.4 for now (yay for the rollback feature, great job!), but I’m sure you’ll want this fixed for all users, not just the performance freaks 😉
