2.044 in WP 5.4 – next page font color issue

The Post Grid update has just removed the “might not compatible” message. Upgraded to 2.044 from 2.030 under WP 5.4
The grid paging at bottom has font color and font background set to the same: #646464
Tried to override the font color in Additional CSS in WP but no luck.
Please give some hints to fix and thanks.
